3. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid features may require a subscription. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change prices with reasonable notice and will not retroactively change the price of your current billing period.

The platform, content, and underlying technology are owned by Propetica and its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for your internal business purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Propetica is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Propetica from claims arising out of your use of the platform or violation of these terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the platform for violation of these terms. You may stop using the platform at any time. Any unpaid fees remain due.
